Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) protects the integrity of the Arcvale Cloud network and the experience of all customers. It applies to all Services and forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited content and activities

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Host, distribute or link to child sexual abuse material. Such content will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operate open mail relays or proxies.
  • Conduct phishing, fraud, impersonation, or distribute malware.
  • Launch denial-of-service attacks, port scans or unauthorised intrusion attempts against any system.
  • Operate botnet command-and-control servers.
  • Host content that promotes violence, terrorism or hate against protected groups.
  • Mine cryptocurrency on Cloud VPS plans (permitted on dedicated servers).

3. Network and resource usage

Unmetered bandwidth is provided for legitimate use at the stated port speed. Cloud VPS customers must not use resources in a manner that consistently degrades the performance of other customers on shared infrastructure.

4. Security responsibilities

You must keep your systems patched and secured. Compromised servers that are used to attack others may be isolated from the network until the issue is resolved.

5. IP addresses

IP addresses assigned to you remain the property of Arcvale Cloud and must not be used for purposes other than those justified at the time of assignment.

6. Enforcement

We investigate every report of abuse. Depending on severity we may issue a warning, suspend the affected Service, or terminate your account without refund. Where the law requires, we will cooperate with law enforcement.

7. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to support@apptestexchange.com with as much detail as possible, including IP addresses, timestamps and log excerpts.
